About the event
Take some time to fill your cup with movement, mindfulness, nature and connection. There will be facilitated discussion related to how to build resilience as a clinician, nature-integrated exercises to decompress and remind and re-connect you with your wisest self, and time to spend walking and talking in the woods. You'll leave feeling refreshed, replenished, supported, and grounded!
